About the festival
The Toronto Chinese Canadian Film Festival brings together audiences, filmmakers, and the wider community for one weekend each October. Since 2024 we have championed Chinese Canadian storytelling — giving emerging filmmakers a stage and Toronto’s Chinese community a festival to call its own.
The 2026 edition runs October 16–18. The full lineup and showtimes are below, and passes and single-screening tickets are on sale now.

World Premiere Event — Director & Stars in Person
富貴逼人來
Directed by Clifton Ko Chi-Sum (高志森)
A new Lunar New Year comedy from Clifton Ko Chi-Sum, whose 富貴逼人 (It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad World) pictures defined the Hong Kong New Year family farce in the late 1980s: three generations under one roof, in the broad, warm register Ko made his own. TCCFF hosts the world premiere, director and stars in attendance.
